Symptoms
Upgrade order to provide additional Sharepoint Online storage limit to Office365 subscription completed successfully, as well as corresponding tasks on the OA side, but it is not reflected in MOP.
Cause
There are 3 resources, related to this particular subscription:
- Microsoft Office 365 base
- Microsoft Office 365 Midsize business (M)
- Microsoft Office 365 Sharepoint Online Storage - Plan E1
The first one includes resource mappings between offers, and in our case we do not have Midsize business subscription as parent for Sharepoint Online storage.
Resolution
Add Midsize business subscription as parent for Sharepoint Online storage according to the Microsoft Offers Digest.
