Symptoms
A New VPS subscription order provisioning fails:
The order provisioning has failed.
The last error - "Service Creation Failed: Operation Automation service was not created. Task "Provisioning "Panel_6_0" for APS application Plesk in VPS Panel" (id = 13477618) is failed with error: "APS Application Error:
406 Not Acceptable
[ApplicationUnknownError] Provisioning: resource 8c60703c-d493-4bfc-ab79-2d2c884d92b7 of type 'environments' (http://www.parallels.com/infrastructure/virtual-environment/1.0) for APS application 'Cloud Infrastructure-1.4-1956': [IM] P80040: VE RAM size has to be positive and a multiple of 4.
The service plan, on which the subscription is based, contains 'Memory' resource rate with minimal included amount that is not a multiple of 4.
Cause
VPS provisioning only allows the amount of included memory that is a multiple of 4: 1024 MB / 2048 MB / 3072 MB / 4096 MB / etc.
Resolution
Correct the resource rate of the service plan to include the correct amount of memory.
