Symptoms
Task for templates installation fails with the error:
Internal error: Can not install Virtuozzo template from http://tarballs_repo/tarballs/pp11-centos-6-x86_64-ez-4.0.0-36.prl.309909.noarch.rpm : 3501 : Can not install packages: ' vzpkg install template -q -f /var/opt/pva/agent/tmp/vzclient827-cdd3880f-fc0d-5a47-87a4-f62b7bc8ada1/uploads/pp11-centos-6-x86_64-ez-4.0.0-36.prl.309909.noarch.rpm' exec failed - Error: Nothing to do
Error: "/usr/bin/yum install -y /var/opt/pva/agent/tmp/vzclient827-cdd3880f-fc0d-5a47-87a4-f62b7bc8ada1/uploads/pp11-centos-6-x86_64-ez-4.0.0-36.prl.309909.noarch.rpm-ez --quiet" return 1
In poa.debug.log there is additional error:
May 2 09:33:31 osscore : DBG [task:17043389:198639 1:23072:b27ffb90 lib]: [task:17043389 hasError] {module_id="PIMLib"; code="110"} 414 : Unauthorized request.
Cause
Pvaagent service malfunction.
Resolution
Restart pvaagent on the Virtuozzo node using the following command:
pvaagent restart
- if it does not help, try to re-import the template
