Symptoms
Task executing configuration script for Office365 subscription fails with error message:
Application configuration script reported errors: 'error id "validation-error", setting id "Configuration": Method edit_customer calling failed.
Reason:CountryCannotBeChangedFault Method: UpdateCustomerAccount...'
Cause
Account country codes in CCP and MOP are not equal. The country code for O365 subscription cannot be changed directly in CCP as it was disabled in scope of feature request #APSA-1078: "[O365] Customer can change their country in UI".
Resolution
To change country code on the MOP side, please, contact Microsoft support. To change country code on the OA side, please, contact Odin technical support.
