Symptoms
In Customer Control Panel on All Resource Usage screen some OACI resources may have usage displayed as On/Off. What does this mean?
Cause
The issue is caused by product bug with id PBA-62894 ("On-Off" in "Current Usage/Limit - New Limit" are shown in CP).
Resolution
When resource usage reached the limit it's usage is displayed as On.
Issue will be fixed in one of the product updates.
