Symptoms
We are trying to create a Temporary access to mailbox from Provider CP > Services >E-mail>Mailboxes> Get Temporary Mailbox Access button and receiving the following error:
Creation of temporary mailbox failed with error: Destination host 'EXVS001.domain.tld' (#1234), IP '192.168.10.100' : Provisioning request failed. Unspecified error [<response><errorContext description="For creating a temporary mailbox, the Windows Management Framework Core (Windows PowerShell 2.0 and WinRM 2.0) should be installed on MPS server. However, KB968930 is already installed on MPS server.
Resolution
Install the hotfix for HMC 4.5 environment on MPS server.
