Symptoms
In the renewal order there are details for the resources that were not even purchased. The resources amount is 0 there.
Cause
The issue happened because the setting "Show Zero Price" is enabled for the resource rates recurring fee. It is considered as a bug with id #PBA-70898 ("Optional (not purchased) resources are added to Renewal Order if option "Show Zero Price" is enabled for its recurring fee").
Resolution
Unless the bug is resolved, the only way to stop such details generation is keeping an option "Show Zero Price" disabled for the resource rates (for changes to be applied for existing subscriptions sync is required).
