Cause

Incorrect path to PHP binaries is used.

Resolution

Check where old and new versions of PHP are installed (probably new version was installed incorrectly):

  1. Check path to PHP folder in PHP package properties in OA (click hardware node where the webspace is located and switch to Packages > PHP > Package properties)
  2. Check if php.exe -v works in the same way from this folder and from any other folder on Windows server.
  3. If old PHP is still used, make the backup of old PHP folder and copy new files there.
  4. Resubmit the failed task.
