Cause
Incorrect path to PHP binaries is used.
Resolution
Check where old and new versions of PHP are installed (probably new version was installed incorrectly):
- Check path to PHP folder in PHP package properties in OA (click hardware node where the webspace is located and switch to Packages > PHP > Package properties)
- Check if
php.exe -v
works in the same way from this folder and from any other folder on Windows server. - If old PHP is still used, make the backup of old PHP folder and copy new files there.
- Resubmit the failed task.
