Symptoms
The customer could not transfer the domain with the following error:
Domain *.biz cannot be transferred. Transfer is supported for ".org", ".hk", ".biz.id", ".net", ".sg", ".com.sg", ".com", ".co.id" TLDs only. Recheck the Domain Name and try again.
Cause
Domain zone .biz was not configured under the vendor.
Resolution
1) Configure .biz zone in System > Settings > Domains > TLDs tab. 2) Add Service Template and Plan, based on the new zone.
