Symptoms
Task for webspace backup runs for a while and finally fails with an error:

Cause
Connection between OA agents on backup host and host where webspace is located can not be established over port 8352.
Resolution
According to OA documentation port 8352 should be open for connection between Backup node and Source node where webspace is hosted. Please, make sure that OA Agent is running on a Source node and check network/firewall configuration.
