Symptoms
After update PHP in NG Web Cluster nodes, task "Update list of Apache service extensions for service with ID " failed as following:
'ERROR: value too long for type character varying(64);
Error while executing the query' while ''
Cause
Internal issue with id #POA-94445 "Task "Update list of Apache service extensions for service with ID" fails with error "value too long for type character varying(64)"".
Resolution
Please contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate (PTA) team to clarify the status of the internal issue with id #POA-94445 and also contact Odin Technical support in order to apply the workaround for this issue.
