Symptoms
Cancellation order fails with the following error:
"Provisioning for the Order #123456 is not completed. Provisioning on the Operations Automation side is in progress. Switch to "Operations" and check the tasks in queue."
The following error appear in poa.log:

Cause
The cause is software related issue:
APS-25775: "Cannot remove subscription with SpamExperts and Exchange - Resource for record NNN is not found".
Additionally, related to APS-28478: "exception on substituted DNS record activation because record was already removed".
Resolution
To prevent the issue re-occurence please consider to install the following Operations Automation update: "6.0.5 HOTFIX 127043 APS v4" or OA version higher then 6.0.5
The w\a for this software-related issue is to manually remove the substituted record from OA database, and re-process the order. Please, contact Odin Technical Support.
