Symptoms
Business Automation does not set autoprovide = True in API methods pem.setResourceTypeLimit and pem.setResourceTypeLimits while syncing resources from Home > Products > Service Plans > Service Templates > Some Template > Resources > Some Resource > Synchronize. As a result newly added resources are not provisioned on OA side, even though both Service Template and Resource Type in OA are set to be autoprovisioned.
Cause
Issue is caused by a bug with id #PBA-67447 ("BA does not autoprovide OA resources during subscription synchronization").
Resolution
If current BA version is 6.0.5 - install hotfix #127347. Otherwise update to BA 6.0.7 (cloned #PBA-67447 fixed there).
