Symptoms
An APS package upgrade failed for some reason, and the upgrade task was canceled.
An attempt to perform the upgrade again doesn't succeed, and the APS remains in failed state.
"Updates instances of APS applications scheduled for update" task log contains the following messages:

Cause
APS software issue with ID APS-21393.
Resolution
Contact Odin Technical Support to resolve the problem.
