Symptoms
RAM and CPU performance statistics are flat ( still ) and do not change ( linear ) in OACI VE.
Cause
snmpd failed to connect to dispatcher on server start. The following messages can be seen in logs of the PCS node:

Resolution
Restart snmpd on the node using the command:
