Symptoms
Default OACI VPS plans (Broze, Silver, Gold VPS) are absent on the installation. Why?
Cause
The plans are created by the BA task "Initialize PACI". Check if it was executed, most probably it is in the failed status:
Home > System > Settings > Events > Initialize PACI > Event Log
If you see the task failed with an error message:
Execution Failed: ERROR: insert or update on table "UpsellCategory" violates foreign key constraint "UpsellCategory_CategoryID"
DETAIL: Key (CategoryID)=(2) is not present in table "StoreCategory".
it means the cause is the bug with id #PBA-67591 ("Initialize PACI" can fail).
