Failed to add second AD node with error "This is not Domain Controller server"

Symptoms

Task to Install additional packages on node 'AD02.hosting.tld' according role SDC fails with error:

OBJREF:SharedNodeRegistrator:0:NodeRoles.ManagerPrivate:0
Last execution output   Command 'cscript.exe //nologo .\checkIsDomainController.vbs' execution failed with code 1: This is not Domain Controller server

Cause

The error may occurred if second domain controller was added to domain manually due to bug #POA-90392

Resolution

Remove second DC from domain and retry the procedure.
