Symptoms

1. Subscription with Lync APS service was disabled, later customer attempted to renew it and renewal order created task, that fails now:

   The task is failing because subscription is disabled.

   Attempt to enable subscription manually with pem.enablesubscription API method fails with the error:

   APS suspendable resource 'f715f0e7-9f55-4ee8-ae6f-25580f0dae06' was NOT enabled.
   

2. Subscription renewal order fails with the message:

   Service Renewal Failed: Parallels Operations Automation error #extype_id #1, module_id #Common, Internal error: APS suspendable resource 'f715f0e7-9f55-4ee8-ae6f-25580f0dae06' was NOT enabled..
   

Cause

Problem cause by software-related issue APSA-11544

Resolution

The issue has been fixed in the Lync Server 2013 Hosting Pack Integration version 4.8

Please see release notes for details.

Please be advised that the fix prevents the issue re-occurence.

If the issue appeared before the package updated please contact Odin Technical Support to deal with consequences.

If the package upgrade is not possible please contact Odin Technical Support regarding the case.
