Symptoms
The task for provisioning Lync license fails with the following error in case if customer has DNS hosting subscription and the limit for DNS resource is reached:

Cause
The issue is considered to be a software issue with ID APS-19854.
Resolution
Please update to OA 6.0 Update 3 to fix the issue. As a workaround you may increase the limit of DNS resource, it will not be actually consumed after the task is completed.
