Cause

It can be a result of bug POA-109791: WPE task fails if user contact data has a field containing only space sign(s).

Resolution

1) Redefine field containing space in Customer Control Panel > Users > USERNAME > Contact Info:

Open every abailable tab (Main, Address, Phones, Organization) and click Edit/Submit without changing anything. Proper value will be inserted into database.

Note: Some mandatory fields can be empty. It could happen if user was created/modified in older OSA-version or by API. In this case Control Panel does not allow to finish the operation until you fill missing value.

2) Restart failed task

In case of difficulties please contact Odin Technical Support.
