Symptoms
- Webnic domain is renewed for several years even though there had been only one renewal order for one year.
- Webnic domain renewal order failed, but the renewal is actually completed on the registrar side.
The issue is also possible with some other registars.
Cause
Domain renewal method WEBNIC.RenewDomain is triggered several times because of simultaneous running "Domain Processing" tasks. The situation is possible due to the bug with id #PBA-64999 ("Multiple domain renewal requests can be sent in scope of one renewal order").
Resolution
The bug is to be fixed in BA 6.0.6. Until update is available, please contact Odin Support Team for a workaround.
