Symptoms

Cancellation Order can not be processed due to the error:

Error Message http://127.0.0.1:10002/services/CloudService: cvc-simple-type 1: element reasonCode of type AdjustmentReasonCodeType may not be empty

Cause

Reason codes were not set up on the BA system correctly.

Resolution

Reason codes are to be specified in Home > System > Settings> Order Processing> Reason Codes
