Symptoms
When syncing the resource limits from: Business Automation > select service template > select resource A > Synchronize, selecting an option "This Resource is not included in Plan", resource limits for composite resources that include resource A will be overwriten with the value from the service template.
Cause
This behavior is caused by product bug #PBA-63335.
Resolution
The only workaround is to avoid synchronization of resource limits from the service template screen for the resources that are included in composite resources - synchronization should be done from service plan screen or subscription screen only.
