Symptoms
Resource upgrade order does not contain any Provisioning Items in the Control Panel. Checking the Order details in the BA database we can see that Order has a Provisioning Item which is stuck in the "Parent Order Item still in progress" status.
Cause
Resource which is processed by the provisioning item has misconfiguration (recursive requirement - it depends on itself).
Resolution
Remove faulty requirement from the Resource configuration:
Home > Products > Resources > ResourceID > "Depends On" tab
or
Home > Products > Resources > ResourceID > "Necessary To" tab.
Cancel the current order and place a new one.
