Symptoms
The process of adding a Windows Node in Operations Automation fails.
Cause
The "Install PA agent on node" task fails if the node's NETBIOS name and the hostname do not match.
Resolution
Make sure the node's NETBIOS name matches the computer name (first part of FQDN) and repeat the procedure of the node registration.
Note: The issue applies to any Windows Node, except Cluster installations.
