Symptoms
Deleted service users or service users which have no services enabled shown under System > Users > Locked Users.
Attempts to unlock the users do nothing. The users remain in the table and cannot be removed from the list.
Cause
The issue is considered to be a software issue with ID POA-78454.
Resolution
Please contact Parallels Technical support if you need to remove these users from Locked Users tab.
