Symptoms
An order is in the status "Manual Operation Required" (MO), but there are no more items requiring manual provisioning, there had been one, but it had been successfully completed.
Cause
According to the order flow there is only one transition from the order status MO -> PC/PN (with handler OF_IsProvisioningCompleteExeption), which means an order will go further from MO either when all the provisioning items are in the status Completed or one of them is in the Failed. In the situation described above some kind of provisioning operation continues (e.g. the domain is being registered), therefore the order status is not changed (there is a "Provisioning" item). The situation is considered to be a bug with id #PBA-61023 ("Order may be in “Manual Operation Required” (MO) status when no manual operations are required").
Resolution
No actions are required. Wait till provisioning finishes, an order will become get Completed status or fail, an order will get Provisioning Failed status.
