Domains with Exchange hosting are stuck in "not in sync" status even though all tasks are completed

Symptoms

Customer added Exchange hosting to a domain. All pending tasks were processed but domain is still in status Not in sync.

Cause

Periodic task Monitor Exchange services and perform maintenance is either canceled or stuck.

Resolution

Check status of periodic task Monitor Exchange services and perform maintenance. If it is canceled - rerun it. If it is stuck in Running status for 1 or more days, then restart POA core service to release it:

#/etc/init.d/pem restart
