The subscription (ID 5446 in the case above) cannot be found at POA > Operations > Subscriptions.
Cause
Software issue POA-88855
Resolution
The subscription, along with all its resources, has already been removed from POA. Therefore, it is safe to cancel this task, so that other tasks (to Destroy the Sitebuilder site, etc), which depend upon this task, will be executed successfully.
The issue will be fixed in future updates of POA in scope of POA-88855. For now please use the above mentioned workaround.
