I have Windows Server 2008 R2 in my POA infrastructure. Can I safely install Windows 2008 R2 Service Pack 1?

Note: Answers below are similar for both POA 5.4 and POA 5.5 versions.
Any Windows 2008 R2 server can be safely upgraded to SP1. This includes:
- POA Management Node
- Hosted Exchange servers (all roles)
- Windows Sharepoint Services servers (all roles)
- Other Windows hosts in the infrastructure
There are no specific recommendations for upgrade - just follow standard Microsoft guidance on upgrading OS on system.
If the service node is a Parallels Virtuozzo Containers hardware node, then according to "OS version compatibility for container migration or upgrade" article Service pack cannot be installed and you are recommended to follow instructions provided in "Windows updates are not detected: Windows Service Pack reached End-Of-Life" article
