Symptoms
The resellers customer received an AUSREGISTRY domain transfer request for confirmation, but the from address is a providers e-mail address, footer/header is also provider's. The notification templates are configured correctly on the resellers side.
Cause
The reseller uses delegated domain service plan, the notifications are sent from the provider in this case. The issue has been submitted as a bug with id #PBA-59942 ("AUSREGISTRY: incorrect vendor may be used for transfer request confirmation e-mails").
