Symptoms
"Parent Subscription Required" option is set to "Yes" in the service template, but in the on-line store it is still possible to purchase the subscription on the service plan based on this template without any parental subscription.
Cause
This functionality is not supported in the on-line store, there is a request #PBA-22685 ("Support mandatory parent subscription scenario in Online Store") to implement it.
