Symptoms
Provider creates some Subscription notification template and specifies it in some delegated Service Plan under "Notification About Service Provisioning"
The notification template is set to be visible for Resellers.
Provider synchronizes Reseller, however new notification template name is not propagated to the delegated Service Plan under reseller.
Cause
Issue is caused by the bug PBA-59123.
Resolution
As a workaround, required notification template can be set by Reseller manually.
