Symptoms
The domain subscription that was provisioned from PBA has the transfer key stored in the system only when the domain had been transferred from another registrar. But the customer would like to have the transfer key for a domain they registered.
Cause
The feature is not yet implemented, there is a feature request with id #PBA-79 ("Access to Domain Transfer Keys / Auth Code") to implement it.
