Symptoms
OpenSRS certificate is provisioned successfully, but its body is missing from the provider's/customer's control panel.
Cause
In the current PBA version the ability to retrieve and store issues OpenSRS certificate is not implemented yet, there is a feature request with id #PBA-56515 ("Ability to retrieve issued certificate for OpenSRS module") to implement it.
