Subscription was put on hold/released from hold: verify what user did it

Symptoms

While following the article "Subscription was put on hold: how to find who and when did it" I have found the ID of the user who made something with subscription/account, but I do not see sessions of this user in System > Users > Login History for the date specified. Does it mean that information in the event is incorrect?

Resolution

If user logged directly in PBA-E, then his session will be shown in PBA > System > Users > Login History
If user logged in POA and then switched to PBA-E, then his session won't be shown in PBA, but it will be shown in POA > System > Users > Login History.

So, always check Login History pages in both POA and PBA-E to get the whole picture of the issue.
