Symptoms
Customer is trying to register national .рф domain with latin symnbols. The following callback comes from the registrar: "Service Creation Failed: Domain registration failed - Registrar did not accept request. "
Cause
Second callback has error explanation: Domain registration failed. RuCenter error:Only russian characters are permitted

RU-CENTER is an accredited Registrar of domain names in РФ TLD. РФ is the first TLD, where domain names are put in Cyrillic script only.
Resolution
Customer should only use Cyrillic symbols in the domain name. Incorrect Sales Order should be canceled.
