New resource was added to service template, how to install this resource to old subscriptions?
Answer
In PBA-E 5.5 and later go Products> Service Plans > Service Templates > [service template] > Resources, click the resource that you want to install and click Synchronize button.
In PBA-E 5.4 and earlier go Product Director > Plan Manager > Service Templates > [service template] > Resources, click the resource that you want to install and click Synchronize button.
