Symptoms

When trying to purchase subscription in store error appears:

Subscription Period XXX is not available for Subscription of Plan YYY.

Cause

Bug PBA-40513

Resolution

There are several ways to workaround this issue:

  1. Remove disabled subscription period XXX from plan YYY.
  2. Set Expand By Default option to Yes for the sales categorie to which plan YYY belongs. Note that this will change the way plans are displayed in store.
  3. In PBA Home> Products> Service Plans> Plan YYY > Publication Settings set Default Subscription Period that should be selected in Store when the plan YYY is selected.
