Symptoms
On mass printing the documents an error occurs:
Failed by: Error on executing external command: /usr/bin/htmldoc --no-embedfonts --quiet --webpage -f /tmp/pdf0sE6dR.pdf
or
[../stlrt/AMapFile.cc:106] unable to open a file '/tmp/pdfusJded.pdf': -1
Cause
The PDF template for the document type(s) attempted to be print is not set.
Resolution
Set the PDF Template in:
Home > Communication Director > Notification Manager > Settings
Try to print the queue again.
