Symptoms
Subscription cannot be stopped in PBA-E, it fails with the error:
Parallels Operations Automation error #extype_id #20, module_id #Hosting, Subdomain service #XXX does not exist

The following exception is shown in /var/log/poa.debug.log on POA Management Node:

Same issue could also occur when changing the service plan:
Change Service Plan failed: Parallels Operations Automation error #extype_id #20, module_id #Hosting, Subdomain service #111111 does not exist.. .
Cause
Inconsistency in POA database: some records related to deleted subdomain were left there.
Resolution
Fix requires Database modifications. Please contact Parallels technical support to apply it.
