Symptoms

FEA_CalculateNip feature is activated. Monthly invoice of the reseller contains not all operations of his clients for the last month.

Cause

All missing operations are associated with NIP billing order (BN), and because of bug PBA-54590 PBA-E can not delete this order to reassign operation to actual Billing Order.

Resolution

Currently there is no workaround available.

Please note that the issue happens only once on each reseller. The next month invoice will contain all operations.
