Symptoms
In the Accounts Receivable Statements report the Customer ID was chosen, but the the list of statements includes all the customers.
Cause
The issue has been reported to the development team in a bug #PBA-25868.
Workaround
Use filter or search functionality in the statements pop up screen to find a specific account.
