Symptoms
IP addresses were removed from a VPS. Now additional IP addresses are not used in the subscription, however in renewal orders customer is still billed for them.
Cause
Customer is billed for additional addresses, because the limit for IP addresses in the subscription is still unchanged.
Resolution
- Go to
CCP > Account > Buy Additional Resources - Lower the limit for IP addresses to the desired value and place downgrade order.
Note: The same logic applies to any other measurable resources.
