Symptoms
When switching service plan for the subscription, subscription name is not changed in OA.
Cause
Subscription name is not changed in OA during plan switch if it was customized manually in BA (via edit the subscription name).
Resolution
Feature request #PBA-42774 to always synchronize subscription names in OA and BA. There is no way to "uncustomize" the name, the value IsNameCustom is set to 1 in Subscription table if you edited the subscription name and cannot be reset to 0.
