Symptoms
Custom CSS (Home>Product Director>Online Store Manager>Custom CSS for PBA-E 5.4 and below; Home>Products>Online Store>Design>Customized CSS for PBA-E 5.5) was copied from test store to production, but footer and header are different in the stores.
Cause
The stores have different customization for layout templates overall_footer, overall_header, overall_wrapper (Home>Product Director>Online Store Manager>Layout Templates for PBA-E 5.4 and below; Home>Products>Online Store>Layout Templates for PBA-E 5.5).
Resolution
Please make sure that overall_footer, overall_header, overall_wrapper layout templates are identical in both stores.
