Symptoms
New Service Plan was added to PBA-E Home> Product Director> Plan Manager> Sales Categories> select Sales category> Service Plans> Add New Plan. However in PBA-E Home> Product Director> Plan Manager> Sales Categories> select Sales category> Store Features> select existing feature the new plan is not shown.
Also trying to Edit existing Store Feature and Save the changes results in error:

Resolution
Please delete existing Store feature, create a new one instead and synchronize online store afterwards
