Symptoms
I have configured a PACI subscription period for one year but still one-month period is shown.
- There is no way to change a subscription period when purchasing a PACI subscription even though there are several periods configured.
Cause
Subscription period for PACI shall be set to 1 month (see a note "When adding subscription period to a PACI plan, it is recommended to set its duration to 1 month." in the documentation and refer to the article #115865 for the service plan configuration details). Calculations in the on-line store will be done for 1 month independently from the period configured.
