Is it possible to send notification for an order after it stayed in certain status for some time? F.e. order went to Waiting For Payment status. If this status is not changed within a week notification is send to customer.
Answer
Currently it is not possible to send order status notification with some delay, it is only possible to send notification right at the moment when order moves to certain status. Feature request PBA-54424 exists to implement such possibility.
