Symptoms
A Sales Order has the status Provisioning Failed and there are no items under the Provisioning Items tab.
Cause
The order was for a domain and hosting plan purchase. Both domains and hosting plans are added as up-sales to each other, which is not the correct configaration. Domain service plans should not have up-sales. Instead, domain plans themselves should be added as up-sales of hosting plans if you want to sell domains and hosting together. Resolution
To avoid this issue, domain service plans should not have up-sales. Instead, domain plans themselves should be added to up-sales of hosting plans.
